[ Rebecca has more or less written a book on every sort of common piece of technology she can think of, from toasters to indoor plumbing to headphones to computers to automatic doors. She's included an explanation of how electricity works, pictures and diagrams, and a section on technical jargon and slang. In addition, she's done her best to write it all in the simplest form possible. Included are excerpts (and, since this is an electronic document, links) to Tony Stark's PORTAL guide and Dr. Glaser's Promenade guide (properly cited, of course). ]
