[So with all the chaos that's spreading about in Promenade, there is one (1) wind god who is continuing life as normal! He is chill. So chill in fact, that he has set up lawnchairs on one of the roofs, where he is sitting with a bowl of popcorn. He is kind of blatantly noticeable.
