Log 006 Video//Audio [Day; Accidental]

There's a brief moment of static before those watching are treated to a view of a blonde haired woman turning to face away from whatever is recording, only to bring her arms up in the classic defense position in front of her face. For a few brief moments the ball that had been coming at her is stopped ( Read more... )

[She did not mean for that to be broadcasted, but she'll act like it was.]

Just a minor set back. I'll figure this out, eventually.

...

There might be a slight corruption in a few, but nothing that would be of concern. I'll find the source for it and fix it later.

Modify and recalibrate my hologram projector for an impression of a solid mass. It's still a trial and error stage.

Ratchet can fix that sorta thin' up in a few minutes ya know. Unless you're more of the experiment, experiment, experiment type.

I guess you could say that. It's just a habit mostly in doing it myself.

On the bright side, your hologram looks believable?

[Well hey enough time has passed for whatever got fried in regards to video is taken care of. Of course all that does is let you see the shiny motorcycle reflected in a store window.]

Yeah, until someone bumps into it, or I run into the problem of needing to pick something up. I don't think the city really needs urban legends.

Hmm...

I don't suppose there's some sort of electrical field or something you could use, some way to keep people away and give them a slight shock if they touch it? They'd probably think it was static and then go on their way. I don't know about the picking things up, though...

[If a motorcycle could shrug she would, instead she just lifts her mirrors up in an approximation of one.]

That would be tricky and energy consuming, a larger model would likely be able to bypass the restrictions of such a charge in the system and compensate for the drain. I'm already skimming that balance in realism, especially in regards to organic functions like breathing...and blinking. You humans blink far too much. Picking up objects would be mostly a bonus, but being able to send the hologram out and away from me without worrying of a bad feedback is the main concern.

Would hate to go to a meeting inside a building and have a short anytime someone bumped a chair into it.
