[Today, a new feature has appeared in the skies above the city. Namely, a huge airship, floating up well out of reach of the buildings, held aloft only by a couple of helicopter propellers, generally just being a huge dick to physics. Below this, on a rooftop, Luca is fiddling with her PORTAL.]

So, I don't really get all of this 'city of dreams' stuff yet, but the details can wait. More importantly, does anyone here have a way to fly?
