[The video feed pops up apparently by accident as whoever's holding the PORTAL has it upside down, and facing the wrong way.

There's some more jostling and the PORTAL is turned around to face a young woman with dark-hair, inspecting the thing.]

[And suddenly A FACE APPEARS.

Vin pulls back sharply and suddenly ever spins on the video as the poor PORTAL is pitched across the room to hit the wall and clatter to the floor.

There's silence for a second or two before Vin reappears, looking less than amused.]

From what I learned, the Queen has strict rules concerning people's looks when it's daylight, If you don't wear the mask outside the guards of the city will get nasty.
