Fiftieth [audio]

[Oh hey guys, it's Kazuki! He's smiling, as always. This has obviously been done on purpose, because he's looking straight into the camera.

He's in the high school, most likely the music room. Normally he'd do this on the Latimir roof, but since that doesn't exist anymore... Not to mention he'd never risk it outside right now, with the ash. That could seriously ruin an instrument.

Regardless, he grins and waves to everyone with his usual cheer.]

Hey everyone! It's me, Kazuki. It's been awhile! At least for me it has. Hello again, and good to meet you!

With the earthquake, and all the crappy weather we've been having lately... [He pauses to look back at the window behind him, crusted red with ash.] Well, I figured we could all use some cheering up. And I've really missed playing for you guys!

I was practicing a new piece back home, and I think it's ready now! So enjoy!

[Kazuki backs up from the camera so he's not so close anymore, bows for everyone, takes a deep breath, and begins to play.

The song starts off very soft. It's almost uncharacteristic in relation to his usual style of play. It's not sad, however, but gentle and enveloping.

After its quiet introduction, it crests and becomes loud and bold. Sort of courageous in a way. But just as he hits a crowning note, he switches to his original soft tone. It's a song that really shows off his emotional range.

Repeating its wave-like pattern a few times, it ends with a note that slowly fades into silence. Eventually Kazuki lowers the trumpet from his lips and sighs in relief; to be honest, he wasn't as confident in that song as he said. Shh though, you're not supposed to know that!

Again, he smiles and bows, then waves, before coming closer to the camera and shutting it off.]

ooc: [Yay, fifty posts! I've never stayed in a game this long before, fff. I figured an ~epic trumpet post~ would be fitting. Also, here's the song that Kazuki is playing:]
