a monroe is a lip piercing, but like, on ur upper lip, some ppl also call it the manson piercing too....thats what i usually call it manson, but ppl here have only called it the monroe, so yeah. i guess cuz she had that mole, cuz thats where its at.

The law for KY is that you can get it done what's you're 16, but only if you have an adult [parent] with you. The one in Richmond wouldn't need my brithd certificate or ID, but they have a policy agains't doing it to someone under 18 incase it isn't their parent they bring in
A really good place in Lexington I found will, but only you have a birth certificat or ID when you're under 18. My real mom lost my birth certificate so I couldn't get my permit, so I had neither one to get my tatoo with.
It was going to be a design with a bunch of stars on my forearm, but my step mom doesn't want it to stop me from getting a job, so I have to be able to cover it, so it's going going to be like a bracelet of stars on my left wrist so I can wear a watch. But I think only the top part, because uderneath on your veins is supposed to be super paiful, because my real mom has tatoos there on both.
