i was surprised and proud of myself at how i survived my move-in without feeling the inclination to break down and cry.

and then i woke up this morning, and realized how much i wish i were at home. here it's cramped and uncomfortable and i don't have nearly enough food hoarded in my dorm for survival. i hope it gets better.
