Saved by the Bell
Today Mr. Belding came to Cornell.
We went to see him.
We didnt feel like waiting in line to take a photo with him, so we took a photo in front of him. From left to right, Rebecca, John-David, Me and Evan.
He had lots of motivational things to say:
"If you don't have dreams, your soul will have holes in it"
"It's not like you're gonna go shopping in downtown Iraq"
and then, at the very end, he asked us all to shout out our names, all at once, so we would know that each of us was important in this world. "Always shout out your name this loud, and this proud" I was laughing so hard I was on the floor. Jovan (not pictured) flipped over the seat in front of him.
It was pretty much the best thing ever.
