1. Saying no more often.
2. Talking about myself less. (Irony!)
3. Not using one bad thing to justify another.
4. Sleeping before 3 AM 3 or 4 nights a week.
5. Excersizing more
6. Becoming an excellent guitar and frisbee player, tree climber, chef and biker.
7. Hanging out with awesome and exciting new friends without neglecting the old ones.
8. Less substance abuse
9. Spending more time with my family
10. Stop feeling so guilty all the time.
