Christmas is this week and we dont have much planned. just to spend time together... which is what i love and care about.
I'm going out of town this weekend to see my parents.. woo.

You need to know that you do not know how to run a business. You want your employees to go the farthest for you and your business but you could give a fuck about them. And I'm sick of it. You did it to hilary badddd. You have no clue. Hilary works for your for two years and does things that were not her job they were YOURS and you still fucked her. I really think if you continue this way.. your business is going down the drain. I cannot believe you tried to throw thanksgiving in my face... i told jen i could work after i found out i wasnt going out of town.. and when i tell you that you tell me the schedule was already made. HONEY, THAT SCHEDULE FUCKING CHANGES ATLEAST TWICE A WEEK. SOMETIMES ITS NOT EVEN MADE TILL THAT SUNDAY OR MONDAY. so if you want to point fingers.. turn them around. You do not run your store... it runs you. You will never make me feel belittle again. thank God.
I loveloveloved my job. i love designing flowers and i really hope i can find somewhere else to do it.
You know its a sign because of what happened on saturday.. a day later.. i got a call from the floral rose that wants me to come in and help them out on tuesday and wednesday..
Oh and i was never worried about the money because i have my west job which i can make more than enough money
