New Admins Needed
NEWS (japanese boyband) ~ USA Fanbase
Our group is expanding! Yay! We now have a Twitter and Tumblr page. Unfortunately, that means more work. So we are looking for 2 new admins to help us maintain our pages.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.First admin should know Japanese well. (This admin will help out admin Lichan to do translations for our group).
2.First admin should also be familiar with Tumblr.
3.Second admin doesn’t need to know Japanese BUT should be familiar with using Livejournal.
4.Both admins should have time to do updates and help maintain his/her assigned pages. (we need help so we want to make sure that the new admins will actually have time to do updates)
5.As much as possible we want the admins to be from California. If you are not from California, let us know and we’ll figure out the difference in our time zones.
Why is this important? Admins will have group chats every now and then to talk about projects, concerns etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.First admin will be helping Admin Lichan maintain our tumblr page.
2.First admin will also help do translations for our group.
3.Second admin will help maintain/update LJ.
4.Both admins will have access to our group FB and might need to update it occasionally.
5.Both admins MUST be available for group chats (don’t worry we try to coordinate all admins’ schedule as much as we can).
6.INACTIVITY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! All admins should have at least one post/week. If you cannot post, it’s your responsibility to let the other admins know so we can cover for you.
MAINTAINING A GROUP PAGE IS NOT EASY. BUT IF WE ALL WORK TOGETHER AS A GROUP, NO ONE ADMIN WILL BE OVERWHELMED BY THE AMOUNT OF WORK.
