Skinner/Mulder fic

I'm looking for a story I read long ago were Walter and Fox invite someone as Human Ressource Supervisor or something as such (I believe it's Kersh) for a diner in Skinner's condo to prove that they are really a couple and that Skinner's demand to put Mulder on his social security cover isn't a trick. Kersh don't believe them until they kiss.
