this weekend was beautiful in san francisco.
for the past week it has been cold/windy/horrible, but saturday morning it was finally summer-ish weather. which meant nicole and i went to the exploritorium and the palace of fine arts. it is SO BEAUTIFUL. i was having a heart attack.

we then went to lunch in the marina and to her apartment to hang out before i had to get home for my date with that 35-year-old intern. which is a long story in itself. despite all better judgement, i let him bring groceries over to my house and cook me dinner.
i decided that i need to just get over myself and have fun. looking for love just isn't working very well for me.. and it will just someday find me again. until then, i will try and continue to have amazing affairs with older men. c'est_la_vie.
this morning the intern left and i pulled myself together and met my friend greg in hayes valley for a picnic on his lunch break. aubrey has been out of town and left me her car, so i took the opportunity to take a city-drive through san francisco. i haven't driven since i've moved here and it was an amazing way to see the city. so much different that constantly being the passeneger.
