At Body Balance today, we were asked to do the Happy Baby Pose.
Go try it. It's really good for the back, after going shopping and all that. hurhur. This is my favourite pose.
I hadn't been at Balance for 2 weeks so I really enjoyed myself immensely. However, the hiatus contributed to my lack of precision in the execution of the poses.
It does not only take skill to do each pose, it takes confidence, concentration, practice and a little bit of throwing caution to the wind.
Without the release of some inihibition and fear of embarrassment and failure, it's going to be difficult to balance on your hands etc.
I suppose it's the same in life. The thing is, how do we make a carefully calculated risk and execute it in the wisest way?
That is the question.
