The Joys of Being Myself
I feel privileged to be the only person in the law school going to a gig this morning! (0: Even though it means carrying two 35-pound bags of metal (one on the back and one over the shoulder) a half mile, wearing dress shoes, in the RAIN, I wouldn't have it any other way. This is the stuff that builds character! When exam time comes around, these weekly strolls will make me realize that typing out wonderful essays with code books and outlines in front of me will be not quite as nerve-wracking. Not sure how that works, but I believe it does, nonetheless. I guess I'll be carrying a small child several blocks... heh.
I only wish I could have told people I wouldn't be in civ pro because I have a double session on main campus. (0:
I LOVE THE RAIN!! It is so perfect - just a soft, gentle rain, but enough of it. My ride in the gorge today will be SO awesome if it keeps this up! I cannot WAIT! 10 miles will feel like nothing, maybe I'll double it up if I have time! Woot! I probably won't since I have a lesson though, and need time to shower first... woot!
