CHAPTER 44
“I’m not the type of person who goes with the deal. I’m the type of breaking it.” Naoto smirked as he made his way out and up to his office to watch the scene of what he called ‘fighting for survival’.
The last word he heard before stepping totally out is the scream of Jin for his name not out of begging for help but out of pure anger - anger just mere anger.
“Akanishi-san..” his female secretary, Eri stopped right in front of him as soon as he stepped out of the scene.
Naoto looked at her, “Why are you still here? You’re work is done.” He said telling her to go home and walked pass by her with his body guard.
Eri took a deep breath, “Papa.” She said and that’s the only time Naoto stopped walking. She is Naoto’s illegitimate daughter - a mistake he had made during those sinful years. The time of Jin and Mika’s mom burial is also the day she is in a 50-50 state of living after a car accident.
“I told you to never call me that name again.” Naoto said.
“I’m sorry.” She mumbled and run behind her father, “Is it okay with you to do such things that might hurt your children, my half-siblings? Is it okay with you to lose them because of your greediness just like how you ordered their mom dead?” she asked but before Naoto could even answer a loud ‘bang’ filled their ears, someone was shot.

Jin’s world suddenly stopped when he heard the sound of the gun and a blood all-over. He stood frozen on his spot unable to do anything but to stare at the bleeding girl.
“Mika..” he mumbled seeing his sister bleeding, Pi holding her close and crying - almost all of them are. He felt his tears dripping and his knees growing weak, his sister is shot and is bleeding badly and losing a lot of blood.

Naoto heard it clear, someone screamed for Mika’s name - his daughter’s name. He ran back inside to be greeted by another of his man almost to pull the trigger and pointing it to Jin from afar but no one is noticing it, their attention is on Mika.
“STOP!” Naoto yelled, “Put the gun down! NOW!” he ordered and the man did as told so. He ran to the group and have a clearer look of Mika fighting for her life just like how her mother was years ago - the only woman he loved but because of his greediness of money he ended up having her killed.
“Mika..” Naoto said about to approach closer but Jin stopped him by just merely looking at him - his eyes darker than anyone could imagine.
Jin who had held Mika after getting her from Pi returned her to Pi once again when he noticed Naoto coming. He stood up and smiled bitterly, “Are you happy? Are you happy of the shit that is happening at this moment right in front of your very own eyes? Are you happy?” Jin asked almost screaming, “ANSWER MY FUCKING QUESTION! ARE YOU HAPPY NAOTO!?!”
“Da..ddy..” Mika called her voice is hoarse now and smiled and extend her hand up calling for Naoto. Jin looked as his father approached her and hugged her, crying and apologizing for having it end up in that situation.
“I’m sorry. I’m sorry.” Naoto apologize still hugging Mika, his fatherly instinct ruling every inch of him, his love for his daughter and son.
Mika shook her head, “Daddy..” she said feeling weaker and having a hard time to talk, “Happy Fathers’ Day..” she greeted him and lost her consciousness, Naoto could just cry from the words. Even after all the thing happened, she remembered greeting him for this day though he hasn’t been a good father to them.

Five days later, Mika woke up after losing a lot of blood but still she can feel the pain - just a bit of pain.
She smiled as she felt a hand on top of her right hand, it was of Pi and he’s sleeping, soon Yamapi woke up, “Did I wake you up?” she asked.
Yamapi almost fell off the chair, “You..you’re awake?” he asked, “Do you need something? Anything? Anyone? What do you need? Yamapi? Kiss? Hug?” Pi asked nonstop.
Mika giggled, “Water please.” Yamapi handed her a glass of water and helped her sit and called the doctor to check her and after the doctor left, she asked, “Nii-chan and the others?”
Yamapi smiled, “They just left when you were still dreaming of me.” He joked but it didn’t seem that Mika liked it.
“Father? What happened of him?” she asked staring at the flower in the vase on top of the table.
Yamapi breathed before answering, “You’re father handed himself to the police and admitted everything and after a few days he committed suicide. He hanged himself.” Yamapi informed her and he can see the sadness in Mika’s eyes. “But you know what.. he said he is grateful to have a daughter like you and a bastard son like Jin.”
Mika smiled and watched as a petal of the flower fell and remembered his moments with his father; most of them aren’t happy ones but still there are some happy moments and she’ll treasure every happy and sad moments for sure and hoped that Jin will forgive their father thought the chance of him forgiving their father is near to the line of impossibility.
…
After how many months, their lives are slowly coming back to normal and how it used to be.
“EHH?!” Jin was shocked after hearing Kazuya’s confession and so was Yuuki. “Please repeat it again..”
“I am pregnant.” Kazuya repeated the exact words she said a awhile ago.
“AHH! Papa Jin did a good job and so is Mama and Yuuki too!” Yuuki announced and clapped her hands. She run to her mother and touched her flat tummy as of now, “Hello baby! Grow up soon so we can play okay? I will teach you many things and Uncle Pi too.
