Just out of total boredom, and after many revisions I made my own list of my rankings of the Presidents. The first two categories never changed one bit. All those Presidents deserve to be in the top 2 categories. It was the last 3 categories that I had problems. I had to factor in, what they did, what singifinat things they did during their administration, ect... Well here it is, and in no particular order. sorry if its long, its alot of presidents to rank.
