Keep the family together!
Well it has been a while since my last update and there really isn’t a good excuse for the delay. Yes I have been on prac but I haven’t been that busy seeing how I only teach 3 classes…and there are only 8 days to go! Not that I’m counting or anything…sometimes I wish we still had the cane….
Not a great deal has happened which is pretty sad…I turned 22 which depresses me just a little… (did I update that? I should really check). There was talk on the news this morning about Prime Minister Kevin Rudd pushing for Australia to become a republic which pisses me off because it comes up every few years and is such a needless argument! He’s just trying to appeal to the younger Australia who think that Australia would be better off on their own. Why should Australia break away from England? It would be erasing the largest part of our history and insulting the efforts of the early settlers of our country. Yes, O.K they didn’t colonise the land in the most humane way but it was the way of the time and we wouldn’t be here if they hadn’t. It’s always the same stupid argument put forward by losers who have no appreciation of history and adopt the point of view from whatever they read or see on the news, “what does the queen do for me?” …dickheads. If Australia ever breaks away from the United Kingdom I’ll be so ashamed and refuse to acknowledge it, lol….so mature.
I don’t know how I got onto that rant…I think it was seeing Kevin Rudd playing cricket in Canberra...tosser.
