(no subject)
i'm not sure anyone even uses lj anymore, but i can't stand to break tradition and not update with my tradtional year in review. i enjoy my yearly entry that requires me to look back on the past year and reflect on what happened. So here it goes....
2010 in review:
-i turned 2fucking1!!! HOLLLA! no more having anyone buy me alcohol. i can do it myself!
-march 10, 2010 i got my braces off!!!! one of the best days everrrr.
-i slacked off a lot during spring semester. i skipped class a lot but still ended strong.
-my grandpa died. it was really sudden and sad. i mostly felt bad for my mom because it was her dad.
-i became president of Sigma Delta Pi the day i was inducted.
-i worked another awesome summer of rocket launch and met a very important boy.
-hawaii trip number 5 was AMAZING!! exactly what i needed after a long year. i would go there every year if i could.
-alex and i offically started dating on august 14! ironically enough when i first met him i didn't like him and when we first started dating i wasn't sure about him, but now i'm very sure about him. i love him so much! and i could not be happier! <3
-i survived my final year of summer ra training. soon i will no longer be res life's bitch.
-encountered my hardest semester of college.
-joined a sorority-something i secretly always wanted to do but i never told anyone. i was always too afraid to join and then i went through recruitment and survied. AXiD!!
-i accepted a position in my sorority.
-alex spent thanksgiving with me and my family.
-i had a really good christmas.
-i got my wisdom teeth out. thank god you only do that once in your life.
-i spent the last few days of 2010 with alex and his family.
i made some major strides in 2010, and i'm really proud of myself. i ended 2010 with a boy i love and started 2011 with him. i think 2011 is going to be a very good year!
Resolutions:
1. learn to say no and not get overwhelmed
2. focus on myself for once!
3. really for reals lose weight
4. do things that make me happy.
