Diet time

I put myself on a diet. LOL.

BIG Goals:
Eat 1600 calories a day
Work out 90 minutes a week
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Drink one coke a week

I'm using a site called sparkpeople.com with an app on my new internet table to help me keep track of my food and exercise.

Since Saturday I have:
Only gone pass 1600 calories two days
Worked out 90 minutes
Had about 4-5 glasses of water a day
Haven't had a coke!!

OH AND I VE LOST TWO POUNDS!
