post-party post

Sarah's party was fun. Everyone had to wear medieval-style clothing, and I found my skirt and blouse combo way more comfortable than the jeans I wear all the time. Which means I should wear more skirts, but I own a grand total of NONE. What kind of a girl am I? D: Also, there was medieval music (played by her family) and dancing (though not many people joined in). I understand how "dancing until your feet bleed" works now. My feet weren't bleeding, but they hurt like hell.

Last night, Sarah and I dressed as goths (with corsets! they hurt.) and went to watch the Sex and the City movie. Dear god, the only thing that made it bearable was the bottle of wine we smuggled into the cinema. It was empty by the end of the movie. It was like a drinking game: Every time something annoys you (so in my case about every five seconds), drink some wine.
It's one way of enjoying a movie :P

When we left the cinema, the football just finished, and we were greeted by yelling Switzerland and Turkey fans, waving their flags and holding up the traffic. Well, I don't think the traffic minded being held up much, what with all the beeping of horns and holding flags out of windows. I felt like yelling at them all "I don't fucking care!!"
It was annoying. Damn Euro 08.
