(no subject)
wow, i should really work on getting more accomplished on the weekends. it took the me whole day to get through THREE genetics problems, and i have eight more to go! i can't tell if this was actually a course i need...it's required by like, ONE PA school...i doubt nursing schools require it. why am i torturing myself?! i do feel SLIGHTLY less intimidated by the whole subject in general, but my lackluster performances on the exams show i'm really not grasping the material as well as i should. it's really embarrassing being the only grad student in the course...with someone my own age being my TA.
i'm working on finishing one section per week on my rotation writeup, in attempt to finish it a few weeks before the end of the quarter. the problem is this is the week to complete the discussion...the section i've been dreading the most. mainly because it requires reading other papers and actual thinking. yuck, i'm glad i only have to do this once, and that i can enlarge my figures to take up 1/5th of the minimum page requirement.
it needs to be the end of the quarter, so i can REALLY commence with the quarter life crisis!
olympics start on friday! ahhh i hope yuna kim does well.
