I'm on staff duty. I was left alone on a computer to check my bank account for 2 hours. Like my Drill Sergeant doesn't know I'm going to play online. I miss everyone...and appreciate letters. I am on week 4 1/2. I have 32 days left. I can't wait until May 26th!

I don't ever get phone calls...or I would call you. I am alive...and well enough. I can't complain. I'm in basic training and getting internet time...c'mon now. I qualified with my M16 today. I shot 28/40. I did well enough. I wanted at least 30, so I could be a sharpshooter, but everytime I tried again I did worse. I enjoyed it, though. Nhi Linh got 35/40. I'm jealous. I saw her yesterday...I love Sundays...we go to Muslim church together. It's pleasant...and they feed us koolaid and donuts! Dunkin Donuts is such a fucking treat to me these days. You don't even know...today b/c we qualified they gave each of us in my company a fun size candy bar and we had to eat it in 5 steps. At least I got a little bite of snickers...I miss dove chocolate! I miss everyone. It's amazing what you take for granted...and how much basic makes me realize that. I love you all. I should go before I get caught. Write me! Especially you Tyler. I feel neglected.
