ITS A DANGEROUS LOVE AFFAIR
Firstly, sorry to all LJ friends for this disgustingly irritating long post! i will learn how to use the LJ cut!!
okayyy hiiiii am back on live journal the tumblr interface is sadly very difficult to use- the only useful thing i can do is reblog nice pictures. i give up.
i don't know if something went wrong with my tastebuds old town coffee now tastes so bad??!! i thought there was something wrong with my tastebuds cause of the piercing but evidently it tastes so different. apparently they repackaged it and changed the ingredients or something am boycotting it from now on
just got back from bkk!! it was sooooo fun i wish we extended our trip but on the last day, yl the slut was the only one with baht left. i didn't even really buy anything haha. most of our money was spent on food, go-karting, ocean world and siam park. dang dream world was closed.
1. if you ever go to siam park, DO NOT take the VORTEX ride. a harrowing experience indeed. the first time i went
on a rollercoaster than went all the way up and stalled. that damn thing had loops omg thank god it stalled before we went upside down. i freaked out because our feet were dangling in the air and i had nothing to step on :( they left us there for 20 minutes before coming all the way up to inform us that the roller coaster was stuck???!!!! heard the germans and thais (especially the germans) shouting from the front. yl and i were first to be saved cos we sat last (and probably cause he was shouting every kind of hokkien vulgarity possible. but i also had to tell him to shut the fuck up or they wouldn't rescue us)- but my legs were not long enough anyway they had to carry me to the flight of stairs and then half way down because i had no slippers on. the steps felt like barbed wires i tore some skin under my left foot :(( no more roller coasters for me (except uss! this month). will never trust roller coasters the same way again. i have a terrible fear of heights :(
2. the human washing machine in siam park is probably the best ride- we went on it three times!! i have no picture of it sigh. this thing has no seat belt which i feel makes it kind of dangerous! your ass will hurt after that yes. Dreamworld in BKK will reopen in Jan 2012 pls visit that place instead of Siam park!!
3. GO-GO BOYS: met Rich to watch mah kind of show- it wasn't as good as phuket ugh. Here's the address if you ever wanna go!! Dream Boy 38/3-6 Soi Pratuchai, Suriwong Rd; Website: www.dreamboy.thaiboy.net/
we didn't actually watch the thing- they had this lame tranny thing going on. the one i watched in Phuket was better!!! not the most exciting thing to watch so we left for RCA
4. RCA- where all the university kids go at night. not the butter/ zouk kind of clubbing scene but it was a decent club for thai standards nonetheless. can't remember the name though. ran into ryan thereeeee- what a small world!! no pictures- i only remember getting smashed- getting into the cab- crashing in my room. didn't bathe before jumping into bed GROSS. if i were in Spore, two things- i) remove makeup ii) bathe!!!!!!!!!!!
5. Khaosan was wonderful!! the place felt so different- i guess the angmohs made it look very fun!! wish we stayed there and hung around everyday. I'm glad we went though. visit the Thai massage school when you're there!! its very cheap. 200 baht (about 8 sing) for an hour of full body massage. and my masseuse was so pretty darn good- my entire body ached in just a few hours she was so deserving of her tip hehe. would have gone there again if not for the lack of time.
6. because bkk is now such a touristy place- it is full of scammers- everywhere. we were on our way to ocean world- was like two hundred metros away from the mall when this guy came to us saying he was from the Thai royal police and it was illegal to smoke whilst walking and that all the malls in Thailand were closed for two hours so he could take us somewhere else. FOS. And mr joy- held us captive in his car and trying to take us to places we didn't want to go/ places that weren't even open because of the flooding. haha just be more discerning as tourists!!
7. We went go-karting in RCA- it was pretty fun!! my first time and my first accident :( i guess i am quite reckless for a girl. actually i was just dumb. my right foot just didn't leave the green pedal but the time i realized i was going too fast i crashed into the tyres and spoilt the go-kart. the ang moh before me also played a part. he destroyed the top half of the wires and i destroyed the bottom half hehe.
8. Roadside stalls: i have never been too adventurous an eater- you can call me picky! but of course i am a hypocrite because i do not generally eat pork (bbqed pork and bkt), but i eat BCM :) the guys tried this- barbecued
pork sausages and said they were good. but i didn't dare try it.
this was so good- it was the only roadside thing i ate! we miss it very muchhh @liangendary

10. And of course, the holiday is nothing without the company-

we had the best time ever- most beautiful/ prettiest black swan ever!!!!! then china one. <3 the indians got drunk and ended up facedown on the steps of law school. no pictures of those but i think mao has a few pictures to prove it. hehe
results will be out in a few hours. don't let me down no b- for finance or i will hang myself. please internship i really need you.
