Well, you're in a place called Mayfield. There was an election earlier, and the person who was mayor before was replaced with the guy who used to be the milkman. Some time before I came here, he put things in the milk and orange juice he delivered. Teeth, blood, poison, bugs...
There are a lot of strange people here. Robots, talking cats, people who think they're countries, animal-people, Pokemon, people who can do magic, people from other universes or worlds; it's pretty diverse. Not everyone here is friendly, so you have to be careful about who you hang out with.
Here, you're forced into a family group; there's a mother, a father, two children, and sometimes a pet. If they don't have enough people to fill the house, a drone is used. They're like people, but not really. If they think Mayfield's the greatest thing on earth, they're a drone.
Hmm... what else...

Well, Reisen may count as an alien. She did live on the moon for a while before going to Gensokyo. But she's also an animal person...
Also, my other friend might be an esper. I've listened a bit to some of her phonecalls. However, I'll need time before I know for sure, because there's a bit of a code with her. [Code for, "I need to know if it's OK with her before I tell you. And I also need to figure out what a 'wave' is."]
Now time travelers... well, it sort of counts on what you're considering. Technically, just about everyone's here's a time traveler at this point. We got people from all times in history, past, present, future, and they've all been taken to 1950s America. Or, something like that anyway.
As for people who were time travelers before they came here, I haven't heard of any, but that doesn't mean anything. They could be in hiding, or some might be brought in later.

Who's your other friend? The SOS Brigade can investigate her and determine if there's any paranormal activity surrounding her! That's how we can determine if she's an alien!
The kidnappers must me time travelers. We have to find them, and get them to take us all back.

Ah... no, she's not an alien. An ESPer, maybe, but she's human for sure.
Ah... that makes sense! Either that, or they're something even more powerful. Well, that latter one's more likely; This place is kind of 50s America, but not.
