Family drama
I have an older sister. Half-sister, to be specific. She took off when I was little because she and my parents were always fighting about something, joined and then left the navy, moved to Germany, married some dude there, had a baby, and didn't contact my family for 14 years(Not in that specific order). She didn't even write to let my dad know she was pregnant. We learned it from my aunt. About a month ago though, she sent an e-mail to my dad, and they've been sending e-mails back and forth. It's like they were never estranged. And today, he came up with the brilliant idea for me to send one to her, spouting something about how we're sisters and we need to keep in touch.
I had absolutely no fucking idea to write about, so I just told her about my favorite tv shows, and ended up sounding shallow and vapid. What the hell am I supposed to write about? I was like 2 the last time I saw her, and I wouldn't even know what she looks like if it weren't for pictures. Further more, what if she doesn't even care about me? She hasn't really asked about me in the e-mails she's sent to my dad. I really don't know what to do.
