Picdump as promised!!
You can't escape McDonald's, not even in Korea.
Most of them were really retarded though, just me freaking out at the aquarium
snacks are important on road trips!
Following pictures were just 'on the way', there were a lot more but they were pretty lame. so.
it was a BIG MOUNTAIN. Korea has so many mountains hmmm.
I like birds... I think this was either Masan or Changwon.
GODDAMN we went on the wrong day. Busan is always jam-packed with cars, but at least it was better than Seoul.
Two of the big department stores in Korea. The one on the right is Lotte Dept., the left is Shinsegae Dept.
A better view of the sign out front...
Yeah!! Apparently it is? It's in the records book or something...
The entire store is extremely... SHINY. I don't even know how to say this, so here's a picture to prove my point.
SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN oh, and they had a huge christmas tree up.
My dad and brother are there in the front... dad's about 170 cm for comparison.
So.. the store forbade pictures so I couldn't get any of the inside... We just went around the bookstore and got some shoes yeahh (didn't get any pictures of the shoes though)
There were like two Santas in the very middle of the first floor too, blowing up balloons for the kids... It was so cute.. AND I GOT...
THISSS... I swear I was struggling to contain myself in the store. I wasn't expecting this at all, esp. in a Korean store!! I got it right away... Isn't it so beautiful... There's a little bit on how to draw Italy in here too, it had me fisting my mouth
So uh. After our shopping spree, we decided to go to the famous beach, Haeundae.
I found it kind of cute.. Umm, lining the beach are a ton of huuuge towers (just like how it shows in the disaster movie) and a ton of restaurants and stuff.
We went to the aquarium first.
This bit is where you see ME. ew. I took a lot more pictures but I decided to spare you guys from the OMG FISH fangirling. My camera decided to run out of battery RIGHT when we were about halfway inside so the size and quality differences between pictures are noticeable
THIS GUY WAS THE CUTEST. he had this huuuuge NERD GRIN on his face and buck teeth and awwwwwww ;_; He came right towards my finger ahhhh so cuteeee buhyoooo
This came out really awesomely! I don't remember the name of this guy but he was just standing there, as if he was striking a pose for me...
Me, harassing fish. Also I love my coat and it loves me back
So we were just walking around the clownfish exhibits and it just so happens these guys are called TOMATO CLOWNFISH... probably for a much better reason, but I just... couldn't resist... The little buggers would never stay still so I could take a correct picture, though
Me and my brother, harassing more fish. Oh, and that huge black thing at the top is a shark. Yeah. We were nearing the end where they had this bubble thing and it let you climb inside and look at the fish from there! It was really awesome
I look kind of Japanese. So, after that, it was just a few meters from Haeundae! We took a bit of a stroll around there but the best time to go is in the summer where about.. 10,000 people or more at a time are there sunbathing or splashing around in the ocean.
Camera decided to work with me for these last two shots.
The clouds were like cotton candy... The ocean is a bit of a different color from how I remember it was in Cali! That was pretty cool
My brother, five seconds away from being scolded by dad for getting his shoes wet.
Me being myself, I was looking for the place where the restaurant in Haeundae was! I couldn't find it and since my dad hadn't seen the movie, he wasn't a help either...
All in all, about seven hours well spent. Busan's a really active place and there's always something to do, though not an overload (Seoul you couldn't even take a breath of air cause you were too busy!)
Oh, right, one last thing:
I thought it was pretty cool...!!
