hilarious product, babble stuff
Hi. I feel like babbling tonight, and I also found a fabulous product. See, last night I went to the liquor store, badly in need of some good beer after a rather stressful week, and although they didn't have my favorite (Sammy Adams Cherry Wheat) they had some other stuff that I like well enough, and I was browsing around and saw this, and had to buy one. My eyes bugged out...
Yeah. Isn't that fantastic? Ok, I haven't actually tasted it yet, but the four bucks was worth it for the bottle alone. *snicker* I'll let y'all know if it's any good after I decide to pop it open. Heh heh.
Sooo... anyway. Babble babble. I hadn't posted any fics for a while, before that one earlier tonight. There is a reason for this. I've been so hung up on trying to write the next part of the "Shame" series... which is appropriately dubbed as I'm really ashamed to be writing it, but it is such a challenge, to try to keep it at least moderately in character. But I've been trying too hard, I've written and re-written most of the story about a dozen times over and I can never get it to a point where I'm satisfied with it. So I'm gonna leave it alone for a while, step back from it, and maybe when I return to it I'll actually be able to work it into something I can be proud of... or rather, less ashamed of. But for now... I'm on to other things. One of those other things is something that is an offshoot of both the wargame I'm trying to make (which is still in the research stage... lotta fun, but this is gonna take forever...) and a converstion over on the BoG board. *rubs hands together gleefully* Heheheheh. This is gonna be great. I can already smell it, I'm gonna have to re-write this one several times as well, but it shouldn't be quite so touchy. I've already cracked myself up several times with it... (pats amusing!Denethor cameo on the head) ...I hope it will have that effect on others, although it is not meant to be humor, but rather a semi-lighthearted adventure sorta thing. Yeeeah. And I'm arguing with a few other things that are languishing on my hard drive saying "I'm not that bad a story! Post meeeee!" and I keep on telling them "NO, you're the product of a deranged mind, and you haven't been beta'd! Down, boy!"
So, yeah. I think I'm done babbling now.
