Special Edition 11. My Soup Recipe
Around 3 or 4 cups of the broth of your choice
1 onion, diced
1 potato, chopped
around 1 cup of red or green lentils (green lentils have a stronger flavor)
2-3 cloves of garlic
tbsp Olive oil
1 or 2 carrots, diced as fine as possible
some oregano
some cayenne
some salt
Put all of this in your pot, bring to a boil, stir well, reduce to simmer, cover, cook until it tastes good.
