bleh retreat
Ugh. I shall be away from Friday till Sunday, rotting away on some retreat house, like I mentioned a few entries below. I am determined to be in a room with people I like, and I am hoping against hope that there will be a bathroom in there, and not at the end of the hall, where we'll have to line up like people in the rest rooms in malls. UGH UGH UGH.
I better enjoy this. If not, I should at least feel physically replenished, although I have some serious doubts. I don't know why retreat stuff should start so friggin' early in the morning, then they make us stay up until dawn (or something past midnight), and really -- where's the physical rest in that?!
And so I really must be off to study and later on, write letters. And pack. Or maybe screw the letter writing part, maybe I'll just do that tomorrow on the bus ride to the place.
