Yes, it is so. I am alive.
I've been meaning to make a post, but I always check out sites first then end up wasting too much time on them that my eyes grow tired and I'm in no mood to prattle on my journal.
So I tried to break my 'habit' today. One month since the last not-so-meaningful post! Huh.
Isa. Done with those big, bad exams that I spent a month semi-reviewing for. I was on leave from work for a month (a week of it I had no pay) and I had to spend most of the time studying! Blergh. Still awaiting the results though. I'm not altogether sure I passed (oh lord, I sure I hope I do!) so I'm trying not to think about it so I won't get stressed.
Dalawa. There is a boy. I think I've mentioned him before. Anyhoo, I've decided to take the plunge and officially go out with him because you only get to live once yadayada might as well learn something from experience. He is rather on the clingy side imo -- he wants to spend almost all of his free time with me. He doesn't mind me going out with friends but if we both have free time after work and he has to go somewhere or vice versa, he always offers/wants to come or have me along. If I'm at home, he asks if he can come over and we can watch DVDs or whatever.
I like playing by my schedule. I like having some 'me' time. I didn't have a boy for years but I was pretty much okay with being with friends when I feel like it (sometimes) and spending time alone at home with the computer (most of the time). So I tell him this and I think he was a little hurt by it (I was all "I think you should a hobby other than spending time with me.") and I used to say if a boy gets clingy I'd be all 'fuck off' but I am sadly too smitten with him because I'm willing to sacrifice some internet/Photoshop time just to balance it all up.
And he understands it, apparently, because he knew early on that I was the 'independent-thinker' type of girl and that I need my space. He just need to learn, I reckon. His previous girlfriends were probably all over him (my aunt who is a friend of his mum and has seen him grow up says he had it easy with the girls in their hometown).
Tatlo. Speaking of Photoshop...
I have some layouts to make for some of the communities I have, set up one for myself for all my stuff (still on the fence with this) but I've been postponing opening PS ever since my exam was over. It's been 3 weeks to this exact day! I'm just...I feel like I suck. Why is it when you have something else more important to do the desire/inspiration to create spills all over but when you're finally free it seems to have evaporated? It's annoying.
Apat. INTERESTING READ! Sex and flirting in Japan. Really enjoyable. Nothing NSFW or anything; it's actually about the cultural differences when it comes to sex and flirting. I can get the flirting part, I think it's really an Asian thing; but the sex part was rather...different. You should go read! :) rainymemories you have to tell me about this! Hee.

- I lost weight -- four pounds -- but then I feel it coming back again! NOOOOO.
- I've been on morning duty for three straight days and another day tomorrow! An off day, then two morning days...ugh. You guys would probably not understand why I loathe it so much except I have to wake up at 4:30 in the fucking morning just to get ready. HATE. IT.
- I need to re-perm my hair (and get a haircut at the same time) but I have no money. *cries*
- They're showing Hanazakari no Kimitachi e in a local channel (dubbed, sadly) and HEE. I must tell everyone to watch it! Or they're missing a lot! It's in direct conflict with the Taiwanese version of HanaKimi in the rival channel though, but I'd say the Japanese version is better (if only for the fact that I can actually tell that the girl is a girl -- and a pretty one at that).
