i was supposed to post this this morning
...but since I was running late for class...:D
I haven't been remembering my dreams lately, but last night's was just odd. Review class today was about viewing the video we did for the speaking part of the IELTS review, and I'm a bit nervous/shy about it because I'm not exactly photogenic/telegenic (it turned out well, btw) so I guess that's why I dreamt about it. But it was odd because my dream woke up and I was already in the room and I was wondering how I got there when all I was doing was sleeping. And I was dressed in this horrible, uh, pants with stripes that are brown to dark yellow in colour and I was wearing a royal blue shirt and then white shoes and the colours just don't go together! In other words, fashion nightmare.
Then for some reason, outside the room there were students congregating/going around and suddenly it was something like Hogwarts. Erm. It looked like an old mansion, so yeah, Hogwarts. Then I went to this room where I'm supposed to be sleeping in. It was filled with double deck beds, so it was a bit cramped inside and woo, turns out it's a common room! What. The. Fuck.
The door's locked though, and someone has to open it from the inside instead of having a House password (cheap Hogwarts imitation). Someone knocked, I peered in case it was an 'enemy' (I don't know why I have to watch out though) and it was some boy telling me that Viktor Krum wanted to speak with me. Erm.
Outside the door, there's a stairway just a bit to the right. Students were coming up and down, so we moved to somewhere 'private', which is in the middle of a corridor, the part where it's an intersection to three hallways. Very private. *eyeroll* We never got to talk about anything though because the bad person came! I don't know what he/it was, it was like a tree-man with branches and stuff. It was creepy, period.
I have the keys to the 'common room' (which turns out to be Gryffindor) so I pulled Krum and other people near me and was going for the door, but the tree-man was nearing it and there's no time for me to go through the bajillion keys in the key ring.
We are so lucky though, because beside the Gryffindor common room door was a blank wall the size of a door and next to that is another door! And guess what it leads to? The Slytherin common room! Yeah, go figure. Anyway, someone opened the door for us and we all rushed inside and I reluctantly closed the door because there were still students running to get up the stairs, but the tree-man was coming so I had to.
Does anyone remember the library scene in COS? That was how the Slytherin common room in my dream sort of looked like. Draco was sitting there, and he was laughing. Harharhar. Then this girl, who is the Head Girl, approaches me and says 'I'm really Hermione!' except she doesn't look like Hermione but I readily assumed she was using a Polyjuice potion of sorts. WTF again. But still -- Hermione pretending to be some Slytherin girl?! Draco/Hermione!!! Hah. My unconscious has jumped on the shipping wagon as well.
Can't remember what's next. Went back to my common room and I happened to pass by this girl who looks like Hermione and since I know the real Hermione's off next door in the Slytherin common room (I still find it funny how rival houses are next to each other), I was wondering who is this girl pretending to be Hermione.
Then I woke up.
And I just finished eating a slice of chocolate cake which is just looooooovvvveee.
