This is technically not fanmix, but a playlist made for martyr4mylove4u to help her write a Generation Kill politics AU (loosely) inspired by The West Wing.
Since I know next to nothing of what happens in her story, this mix has only a slight narrative, one that deals with the building of a scandal and the administration's reaction to it - and how they manage to overcome it. I decided to share because hey, sharing is cool.
The title of this mix is entirely too long, but in my mind, it refers to something Brad says about a speech Godfather has to make.
It's not a fanmix, because all I know about the universe is what positions the characters hold. To understand any of this, you should know some of them as well:
Godfather = the President
Nate = Press Secretary
Brad = Communications Director
Ray = Deputy Communications Director
Poke = a Congressman
Trombley = Brad's intern
I hope GK fans who listen to this will start pestering martyr4mylove4u to write this universe ASAP.
