[The audio posting is peppered with mild coughing throughout, Zexion sometimes pausing to take a deeper collective breath before continuing]
Now that the rotunda roofing has been patched (Thank You, Lexaeus), inner renovations may begin at the library. I have been removing all damaged carpeting and cataloging inventory, but I cannot move the bookcases on my own. If the two young mages who borrowed books on domesticated spellwork are willing to lend hand with the mold infestation, it would be most appropriate to return the favor.
We also have bats nesting in the rafters, and while some might appreciate the Gothic aesthetic, their droppings do not lend to the atmosphere. The talisman over the front doorway is to keep the demons from prowling the shelving. Please, it would not behoove you to remove it. To its maker...you have my gratitude.
Previously, I spoke to a man called Asahi about creating a directory or census of persons accounted for within the city. Since I have not heard from him since, I can only assume as with the other disappearances, that he has left us?
The proposed project still has its' merits, the least of which to keep some formal record of the current inhabitants that would suit calculations such as the demands of sustenance and necessary shelter. If there is argument or opposition, of course, it will be difficult to collect and compile this information, so I would like to gauge public opinion before proceeding.

I am interesting in hearing what you make of our recent acquisitions, as well as the reappearance of Heartless in World's End.
The collected heart pieces from Termina, from what I have been able to surmise, are unlike any other hearts we have encountered before. Rather than being consumed by darkness at it's breaking point, these fragments contain both light and life force. Four pieces may form a complete whole, which reforms upon contact. At the moment I am in the process of transferring my personal accumulation to a detailed data copy for further examination. It is important to note that these hearts, when released, do not take flight to the heart of worlds, but remain as sources of energy replenishment. Vexen, I'm sure can elaborate on their material composition and properties. While they hold no individual memories or emotion, they retain a commercial value within Terminian culture as tokens of deep gratitude.
If hearts function so differently in universes beyond our common knowing, World's End a singularity in and of itself, then we certainly have our work cut out for us.
As we have remained in reasonably good contact, and several of us are presently occupied with civic activities in preparation for cold weather, I would recommend delaying our next meeting until we've time to accumulate more information and improve upon our present situation. As always, if a new pressing development should arise, all are expected to arrange for an immediate exchange of updates. Barring that, I request our next gathering a fortnight after the tower's departure.
