Save the Words
Every year, hundreds of words disappear as people stop using them, and eventually they fade from our awareness. Oxford Dictionaries has set up a website, www.savethewords.org, where you can find a word that is in danger of being dropped from the dictionary, and you can "adopt" it by promising to use it. There is no fee for adoption.
I have adopted the word redamancy.
Redamancy: The act of loving in return.
Example: The cat continued to leave dead rodents on the doormat, never expecting any redamancy from her master.
