I wondered just now why we say "OrliBean" instead of making it "ShOrli" or Bleen or something. I mean, yeah, they sound silly, but that's what we do with other names. Viggo + Orli = VigOrli. Sean + Orli = ? o_O Doesn't it seem like it should be Shorli then? How did it get to be OrliBean?

I'm having a thought, Barbossa... (not that I think you're anything like Hector, but the saying goes well with your icon)

What about... Orlibean came about because they needed a way to make sure people didn't get confused and think it was an Orlando/Sean A fic? (okay, I think I just made myself nauseous even THINKING about that)

I considered that, actually, but then I realized I don't know a single person who has written or read an Orli/ Sean A. fic, and I don't know if anyone actually writes it. Certainly no one (that I'm aware of) in our circle does. :P

But even so, wouldn't that be Astaloom or Blastin or something? o_O

I think I saw something somewhere, once, that was Orlando/Astin... but I shuddered and hurried past.

It's far too much fun to bash hell out of Astin than to pair him with someone! LOL

On the name thing - I don't know the origin of Orlibean, although SeanOrli doesn't sound bad at all. On a different pairing I much prefer Karlando to Blurban, although I've seen both used so maybe it's just a personal preference and the nicest one stuck?
