I fucking hate Szott Ford.
We have had nothing but problems with that dealership since getting the van.
We only have had one key for it.I went and tried to get the rest yesterday,but they were sent to that location from one of the other ones BY MAIL!I royally bitched at the Used Sales manager for it.He assured me that as soon as he gets them,he will send them to me BY MAIL.
The bank JUST CALLED,confirming everything.BUT it seems the 14 references we had to turn in ARE NOW GONE!So I had to try and remember 4 off the top of my head.
What a fucking joke.
