Ok,
I'm still pissed,but not as bad as yesterday.
Georgia is still rolling forward in its "Fuck them Bentleys" campaign.
Side history:
Moved to GA in LATE 2001.
Switched plates in June 2002.
Moved back to MI in 2003.
Been trying(Half-Heartedly I might add)to get my title back from GA since.
FINALLY got ahold of someone at the GA Dept of Revenue,Motor Veichle Service.
They have my Title,but because the lender of the car isn't listed as the lender per se(Was NBD back then,now it is Bank one),they won't talk to me,and it lists(According to the defect I was talking to)Citizens Bank as the holder.
I didn't deal with Citizens,as far as the car was concerned.It was NBD where I made payment.
I have a lein release statement in my posession(Bank One),but that is not good enough.I need a letter stating that Bank One was indeed NBD AND CITIZENS BANK!
I've called Citizens,and told them what was going on,and they said to call GA back and have them fax a copy of the title,and they will tell them they did not handle that account.I called GA back and now their computer system is down.I've called twice on it and even talked to a manager,who confirmed it.
(Okay,Honey.You are right about my procrastinating.As of this writing,I'm going to try my hardest to change it.)
Now I have to wait some more until the system is up.I even called Bank One to tell them of the situation,and they sent the archive person my number,because that account is so old,it isn't in the system.
I really hate this shit.
and the word yesterday was "Some"
