weekend overview.
Well i thought i'd post before i went to bed.
Friday.
stayed home from school cause i was "sick"
but i'd been planning on staying home since monday.
friday night was a bust.
my mom decided to crack down and not let me do anything since i didn't go to school.
whatev'
caroline came over for a bit.
that was all that i saw her this weekend.
i miss her.
i haven't hung out with her in a while.
a long while.
we'll have to do something about that.
then sarah colby and lucy stopped by around 11 f'er a bit.
that was friday.
saturday.
got up at 6:30.
went to work.
worked.
got home.
showered.
took a nice nap.
then it was off to portland to see the great Herbie Hancock.
it was so awesome.
the best part was that he only played 5 songs in the span of 2 and a half hours.
the maine all-star jazz combo opened.
there only in high school and they sounded like a professional big band.
it was so great.
I've decided that i have to be a musician when i grow up.
so i need to buckle down in the music department.
anyway.
got home at like 11:30 from that.
slept.
Sunday.
got up at 11.
the latest in quite sometime.
hung around with my brother matt.
watched the thomas crown affair.
and Small Soldiers.
then i went to work.
and jocelyn brought me chocolate cake.
and it made my night.
it tasted so damn good.
i wish i had some now.
But.
I don't.
So it's time for bed.
