Just to get it out of the way; running is still a part of my life with its ups and downs.
Also... I think it will require me to miss the pow wow I was supposed to be named at (i'll be in indiana?) This kind of sucks because it was to mean a lot to me/ my dad/ brother. My brother was also supposed to recieve his tribal name at this ceremony.
He came up to visit a few weeks ago, and had what seemed to be a very good time. He was waiting at the time to hear back from that program (job corps). The other day my mom finally got a call about it... but mike wasn't there. In fact he dissappeared for 2 days.
This is not unprecedented, but what happened when he came back was rather surprising. I guess he met up with 2 girls at the berlin fair, and some how it came about that he is now moving into an apartment with them (pimpin' genes I tell you). But now he is not interested in the Job corps, and just wants to get a job. I really would like to talk to him about this (with the heart of my advice being "bitches ain't shit, get yourself some education"), but I don't have his #.
