Oh hon, I know what you are feeling and it is one of the hardest things to get through. I wish I could help but whenever I get like that...and it may be the same for you, I have to get myself out or it is just a temporary thing. I'll leave you a couple of quotes that have always struck a chord ( ... )

Thank you so much ♥

I really appreciate the quotes. I think that partly it's because it ackowledges the negative emotions. Usually when I'm down, I try to find happy quotes. But these have more meaning for me in the space where I'm currently at.

I thought that might be the case but I did worry for a bit. What I was really trying to say is...depression happens for a reason and sometimes we can learn things about ourselves in it. It tells you that all is not right with you, no matter how hard you pretend it is. The most satisfying feeling is figuring something out... about what causes your depression and changing or acknowledging it, fixing it. *HUGS I wish I could make it all better, but if I've learned anything, you have to do that.

You're a great person, caring and sensitive, I have gleaned this from your relationships with your animals and knowing you for the past year. I am happy to call you friend. You will get through this!

*HUGS I've got to go sit on my hands now. My first instinct is to meddle but it won't really help! Goodluck.

*hugs* Thank you so much!!!
I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I read your response right away but then haven't gotten back to you until now.

I'm going to finish responding to your comments in a new post because it might get lengthy.

P.S. I don't mind "meddling" because other people's perspectives often offer a huge relief from my own. :) But I don't mind either way -- whether you sit on your hands or whether you type it out. I really appreciate the thought no matter what:)

Thanks. *Smile. I have this protectiveness towards my friends...so if something is wrong I often hurry in to try and fix it but then wind up hopping around fretting about what to do or how I can help. Especially when it's somethign I can do nothing for exept offer a shoulder and an ear. It is a frustrating feeling because I really do want to help so much but really can't. Like if someone broke their heart or was mean-I wanna go thump heads, but they call that assault =P I'm sortof an inept knight in shining armour.

In your case I worry that in giving advice/input I might come off as preachy, which I'm really not trying to be!
