Point Break
Our laptop still being happily broken, I am kinda left needy !
The only other PC at my mercy is this horrid old thing at work and there are only 2 for the floor so you can imagine that I don't always get to jump on it when I want.
So I have to stay behind after work to at least be able to post a short entry to say that I am well, NYC was really good and that will hopefully be able to post an update on the trip soon.
My workmate seems to know a fair bit about PCs so he is trying to get me all the drivers so we can rebuild the damn thing. I'd be happy if it works, though both Trev and I were discussing getting a proper PC rather than a laptop... I'll keep you posted... Hopefully!!!!!!!!
Things are ok at work, though I had a call a few days ago for an interview with a travel agency, I had the interview on Friday and I am now awaiting results. I should have heard from them yesterday but it seems they haven't contacted the agency yet. I do wonder if I really want the job, back to working week-ends with high targets and potentially a too ambitious manager. Anyway, I may have appeared too disinsterested in the sales aspect of the job for the manager's taste, so I have probably failed !
