So, I'm about to leave and go to Alaska. It is a place that I've never been to before, I know nobody there and it is almost completely isolated. I say to the average person it doesn't get any more scary than that, but by now, I'm used to traveling to places I've never been to before, adjusting to things I've I've never had to before, etc. How do I

You know, ive been reading your livejournal for a long time now. Ive never commented because I just never thought it would do any good. You seem to be very set in your ways. You seem very ready to except that you will die a lonely miserable old man but you call yourself passionate. We were friends once, or at least I'd like to think we were. Im sure you've moved on and I can except that. Its not like either of us made any real big difference in eachothers lives. I just hate that you are 18, in a very exciting (and yes, scary) moment in your life and you have such a bad out look on it. Everyone has been hurt, believe me. Everyone has wanted someone they could never have. You just have to notice all of the beautiful things in life. I know this sounds like a real "the sun will come out tomorrow" kind of comment, and I guess it is, but you just have to except what's going on and do all you can to make the best of it. What's the use of crapping on life before you really even begin it? You will most likely just forget this comment but at least I can say that I gave you a little bit of advice to repay you for the advice I got from you. Have a great time in Alaska, will yah. It's a beautiful place and many people (including myself) think you are very lucky to be able to go there.
