In addition to my recent post, this moring I received a nice $185 ticket for turning right at a red light with a no turn on red sign.
What sorta bullshit way of getting a ticket is that?
This week, let me tell you...
Bah, anyway, here is a link to a picture of the Buell Firebolt model I plan to get.
http://www.motorsports-network.com/buell/right12.jpg I have seriously wanted a motorcycle for about 2.5 years now, so I have had plenty of time to research and I have decided that I am sick of the typical Suzukis and Kawasakis, Hondas etc. Almost everyone that owns a sport bike has one of these. I wanted to try something different, so for me it was between Triumph and Buell. Triumphs, being British, are ass backwards in their electronics so that persuaded me to stick with the American, user friendly Buell varieties.
THINGS TO TAKE NOTE OF IN THAT PICTURE:
These features make Buell so much nicer in their design than the typical Jap bike...
1. Dual exaust pipes stemming from a 45 degree V-Twin engine. (All you Harley fans will recognize that engine.)
2. The exhaust can is located under the bike as opposed to on the side. This keeps the bike's center of gravity lower.
3. The 14" front disc brake. Tell me that isn't awesome.
Yeah, that's about all most of you would understand, or even half care about, but i'm excited so shut up.
