Permissions Post
River Tam is a reader - that is, a mind reader - canonically. It's part of the fairly complex issues of her childhood, but she can figure out a lot. How much is a lot? Well, she knows almost all of the Alliances secrets (or that's what they're afraid of at this point), she can even go so far as to copy a speaking habit or pattern (the episode Shindig, for example, she adopts Badger's Cockney accent and mannerisms and delivers a monologue in this fashion.)
Now that her powers are concrete, I figured I should make a permissions post, so fill out the handy-dandy chart. She can be discreet, and usually is, she has many mental problems so her goal in life is not to screw over your character, but being a reader is a pretty cemented part of her personality, which helps to prove she's not quite right.
