Chapter 20
“I… I…” Ville turned from the alter to stare at Bam, “Don’t” he said simply.
There was uproar in the church, both sets of parents stood up and shrieked, “WHAT?”
Bam just sat there, staring at him in confusion.
Ville turned to the guests, “I cannot marry Jonna,” he held his hand out to Bam, “I love Bam”
Bam let out a cry of joy and rushed to Ville, pushing aside his hand to jump into his arms and smother him in kisses.
Ville’s mother let out a blood-curdling shriek, “You love a man?”
The king’s face turned red with fury, “No son of mine will fall in love with another man, you continue forth with that marriage at once or you shall no longer call yourself a Valo”
Ville took Bam’s hand in his and began walking out of the chapel, stopping only to glare at his father, “Then from now on, I’m simply Ville. I will live at the cottage I bought for Bam and never return, is that to your liking?”
The king’s eyes narrowed furiously, and Ville was slightly afraid that his father would beat him, “Take whatever you wish, as long as you stay out of our lives. You are not worthy to be part of our blood”
Ville held his head high and defiant in the face of the king, “Very well then, I will take gold and two horses and I will never see you again. Farewell”
The church was deathly silent as the pair left the building, hand in hand. Ville smirked, there would most defiantly be a fall out with the Nygren’s and the Valo’s about this, but that was no longer his problem.
Two years later…
Ville entered the room with a basket of freshly picked vegetables in hand, striding into the quaint kitchen where his love was humming happily, preparing their dinner for the evening. The ex-prince gave his love a peck on the cheek before flopping on the living room chair, exhausted from a long day of tending to the farming land of their cottage.
“Ville?” Bam asked hesitantly from the doorway, “Can I ask you something?”
Ville patted his lap invitingly, “What is it my love?”
“Do you ever regret it? Giving up royalty for this life, that is” he said softly, sitting down upon Ville’s lap.
Ville gave a small smile and pulled Bam against him, giving him a peck on the lips “Never, I have all I need right here”
Thats it, its all over. kinda makes me sad :( but i've already started writing the next one, its called 'All I ever wanted was you" and yea... i made a pretty pic:

I wont start posting for at least 2 weeks cause im gonna be on holidays... so yea ^.^ hopefully you guys can read it and enjoy it.
