If you're still looking for baseball books, pick up Summer of '98 by Mike Lupica, and The Long Season by Jim Brosnan. I've read a lot of baseball books, and those are by far my favorite. Summer of '98 is so touching, Mike Lupica is great. Hope I helped! :)
