Holiday Joy
When I first moved to Illinois I joined the local freecycle if you have never heard of it, it's an email group with people giving away stuff.. furniture.ect or asking for things but they are not allowed to say why.. anyway I got to do something today that really honestly brings tears to my eyes..
A lady sent an email that simply said "Wanted: Christmas Tree" now.. 2 years ago I bought a new tree and all the ornaments at Target after Christmas and never even opened them. So I sent her an email and told her she could have all of it.. and she was tearing up on the phone because she had told her kids that there woulnd't be a christmas this year. So now i've at least helped a little bit. I wish I had money to at least go get them each a present.. but I just don't.
