Ethical query
I was on a train home today and there was no chance of a seat so I staying in the 'foyer' part of the carriage.
There were eight people sitting down and about that many again standing.
Two of the people standing had standing apparatus (walking cane type things)
Is is my responsibility to tell the obviously not disabled people to give up their seats the two in question, or is that the responsibility of the disabled people themselves?
